Refund policy

Return Policy

All products in our store are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Because of this, we follow Printful’s return and refund guidelines as outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will investigate the issue and cover the cost of a replacement if it is determined to be a manufacturing error.

To report an issue, please contact us with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the problem.

Lost Packages

Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part or the carrier's, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

Return Address and Processing

Returns are sent to the Printful facility by default. If a return is received, you will be notified via email. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Please note that if the return address is changed or not set to Printful, you will be responsible for handling any returned shipments.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If an address is provided that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse or Sizing Issues

We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or similar reasons. All items are custom made, and size exchanges are only accepted at our discretion and at your expense.

We recommend reviewing our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to health and hygiene reasons, face masks and other sealed goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

EU Customers

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
